Step 1
Locate the spot on the frame and body where you want to install the bars.
Step 2
Drill 2 & 7/16" holes to mount bars.
Use existing holes if possible.
Step 3
To ensure good connections, grind to remove paint before installing bars.
Step 4
Mount bars using 2 spacers provided to keep air gap between bars and frame.
Step 5
Make sure bolts are secure to ensure good connection.
Step 6
Paint the exposed strap bracket and bolts if desired.
DO NOT PAINT ZINC BAR.
